Welcome to the DIANA- help section! The web server has been updated in order to support microRNA-gene interactions based on the latest Ensembl (v69) and miRBase (v18) versions. DIANA-microT-ANN now supports a REST Service, which enables easy access to the program's analyses results and data resources. The service can be accessed directly from the website, programmatically, by downloading our DIANA Taverna Plug-in, or by accessing our services in Biocatalogue repository (http://www.biocatalogue.org/services/3415#overview). Specify in the search field:
