Welcome to our NEW DIANA Web Server v5.0 interface!
Specify in the search field:
- miRNAs (e.g., hsa-let-7a-5p)
- genes (e.g., fign)
- kegg descriptions or parts of them in double quotes followed by a single or multiple miRNAs (e.g., hsa-let-7a-5p "cancer")
- or combinations of the previous separated by spaces (e.g. hsa-let-7a-5p MYCN PBX3 “cancer”).
The new Web Server supports automated pipelines for integrating high-throughput data into advanced miRNA analyses.
The automated pipeline module is powered by Taverna and can be reached through the Web Server's
Automated Pipelines section.
